Christmas Tree Hunting

Well there are some advantages of having ALL of our Christmas stuff stored away in a POD while we look for our next home! This year we had the opportunity to get a live tree instead of putting up our artificial tree. I thought we should make an event of it since it won’t likely be an annual tradition for us.

We went up to Frosty’s Christmas Tree farm in the Santa Cruz Mountains with the family to find the perfect tree for our apartment.

I just love this photos because all though it looks totally posed, neither of these guys had a clue I was going to snap this shot up. The were very serious in the hunt for the perfect tree.

This is it!

And once it was found, it had to be cut down of course!

The 2011 Update

The First Year of Ryan Juliana

Looks like the last post I did was when our baby girl turned 6-months. I guess you can say we’ve been a little busy, but 6-months of no posts!?! Geeze. Well at least I got photos!

What a great first year it has been, we are so blessed. It is such a pleasure to see her little personality growing more and more each day. Sugar and spice and all things nice, that’s what Ryan Juliana is made of.
